I signed up as a FREE affiliate will I receive commissions?
No you will not receive commissions until you become a paid affiliate!
How do I get paid?
You will receive your commissions by Check, Checks are sent out the last day of each month for the previous months business.
Do you have a commission processing fee?
Yes there's a $5 commission processing fee.
Can my monthly payments be deducted from my commissions instead from my account?
No, you will have to make payments every month as long as you are an affiliate of Dac-Leads.
When are Sponsoring Bonus Commissions Paid?
Sponsoring Bonus commissions are paid on the last day of each month with your regular 3 X 9 commission.
When are regular 3 x 9 commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on the last day of each month for the previous months business.
Do we receive unlimited Sponsoring Bonuses?
Yes you'll receive unlimited Sponsoring Bonuses as long as your the personal direct sponsor of the affiliate, and they fall within your 3 x 9 matrix.
Are there any ranks & qualifications to get paid on all levels?
Platinum Affiliates Are Paid Affiliates Who Earn On Levels 1 - 3.
To Earn On levels 1 - 3 the only qualification is to stay a paid affiliate!
Diamond Affiliates Are Affiliates Who Have All 3 Of Their First Levels Filled With Paying Affiliates; The Paying Affiliates Can Be Recruited By You Or Your Upline. Or You May Upgrade To A Diamond Affiliate At Anytime!
To Earn On Levels 4 - 9 You Must Have All 3 Of Your First Levels Filled With Paid affiliates Or You May Upgrade To A Diamond Affiliate At Anytime!

When Is My payment/Order Due Each Month?
if you paid by credit card your payment will automatically be deducted every month!
If you paid by check please make sure that you send in your check every month before the last business day of each month! If you don’t send in your check before the last business day of each month you will not receive commission for that month!

What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management, however, as a rule we do not give refunds. Accepting your order and processing your order requires we invest both time and money. due to the time sensitive nature of leads it is unlikely we would be able to recover our costs from trying to resell the leads we procured for you. This does not mean we do not want to satisfy you, we do 100%. So rather than give a refund we are willing to replace any bad leads you receive from us. In the case of Real Time Live Leads we already provide a 10% overage to you so the replacment of bad leads is already covered. To receive a bad leads replacement we need you to send us back the bad leads and tell us why they are bad. If , after discussion with you, we are unable to reach agreement and a refund is the only alternative we reserve the right to refund to a maximum of 75% to cover some of our costs.The customer is responsible for all shipping & processing costs.

YES! ANYTIME THAT YOU HAVE A CHECK THAT BOUNCES YOU’LL BE CHARGED $10 TO COVER OUR BANK FEE! IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE YOUR DAC-LEADS.COM BUSINESS YOU MUST PAY BOTH THE $10 BANK FEE AND MAKE GOOD ON YOUR ORIGINAL $60.00 ORDER! IF THIS OCCURS TWICE IN ONE YEAR ALL OF YOUR FUTURE ORDERS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE BY MONEY ORDER ONLY!

When do I receive my leads?
Usually within 1-8 hours for email leads and 3-5 business days for leads on peel & stick labels.
How will I receive my leads?
You will receive your email leads via email. We attach your monthly Dac-Leads to an e-mail. And you’ll receive your peel & stick labels via postal mail.
What format do email leads come in?
Your email leads will come in comma delimited text format. This is commonly referred to as .csv (comma separated value). This file will be attached to an e-mail and sent to your e-mail address. The leads are easily opened in Microsoft Excel.
What information will the leads contain?
Your email leads will contain First Name, Last Name & Phone # (as much as possible), street addresses, &, of course, E-Mail address. And your peel & stick labels will contain First Name, Last Name, Addresses, and Phone numbers.
What About NIXIES For Postal Mailings?
All Nixies will be replaced by 2 new leads.
What about bounces, bad e-mails, undeliverables?
Due to a variety of factors mostly having to do with 1 ISP blocking another ISP domain & the over-reaction of ISP regarding so called SPAM, many legitimate e-mails bounce every day. There are many reasons why leads bounce back immediately from different isps. Not necessarily because addresses do not exist. They use these messages to discourage bulk mailing. If you are using bulk mailer that is a port 25 device such as Group mailer by Aureate, AOL and some of the other ISPs bounce back with message of non-existent address immediately.
This is recent development that can be countered by other mailing methods. Blind Carbon copy is being rejected by the new AOL format as well as some If your domain server is on black hole list many of the addresses bounce too. Most "shared" server hosts unfortunately are black hole listed.
ISPs block other ISPs, certain domains -for whatever reason are blocked at some ISPs while other ISPs don't block them. This is all a result of the over-sensitivity the Internet community has developed regarding so called spam. If the over-reactionaryism of self-righteous, self appointed ISP police does not ease, then soon it will be difficult for anyone to e-mail anyone anything. We have had e-mails to our own customers interfered with, bounced & blocked by my customer's own ISP.

What liability do I have?
Once you have received the Dac-Leads, it is yours & it is your responsibility to use them properly. You e-mail to them at your own risk. We will not be held liable for accusations of SPAM, loss of Internet service, loss of downlines, loss of commissions resulting from e-mailing to the leads provided by Dac-Leads.
What type of leads are they?
The leads are MLM or Business Opportunity seekers!
Does every member get the same leads?
NO! Every member receives unique leads each month!
How often can I contact these leads?
We recommend emailing to the email leads ONLY once. However, you may as often as you like, but you must include the disclaimer and honor all removal requests!
Can I quit anytime I want?

Your login password is the first Six Digits of your phone# if you placed your phone# on your application and if you did not place your phone# on your application your login password is 1234.
